Rebels Roster Trimmed

RED DEER, AB – Brent Sutter, Owner/President/General Manager of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today that two players have been reassigned.

With these moves, the Rebels currently have 33 players on their roster, including four players born in 1997.  The 1997 born players are not eligible to play full time in the Western Hockey League this season.   

 

The Rebels lost their first pre-season game 6-3 to the Prince George Cougars today in St. Albert.  Jesse Miller, Dexter Bricker, and Conner Bleackley scored for Red Deer.  Grant Naherniak made 17 saves in the Rebels net.
