Rebels Make Deal With Americans

RED DEER, AB – Brent Sutter, Owner/President/General Manager of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today they have acquired the rights to 16-year old defenceman Kaleb Denham from the Tri-City Americans in exchange for a 7th round selection in the 2013 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft and a conditional 4th round pick in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft. 


Denham is currently playing with Red Deer in the Alberta Midget Hockey League and will remain with that team.  He was a 6th round selection of the Americans in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft. 


Sutter also announced today that Kaleb Denham has signed a standard player’s educational contract with the team.
